Qs Rewards Loyalty Program

Membership is open to guests aged 18 years and above who regularly travel within both Q's properties.

Use your phone number to register and link your Q's reward at the reception.

Earn points for each night stayed, redeemable toward room discounts, room upgrade or free nights.

Earning Rate: 20% of the total room cost.

Applies only on accommodation (rooms only)

How to Earn
Points are earned exclusively on stays booked directly through Q’s properties (via website or front desk).

Earning Percentage
Per every room night you earn 20% of the standard room price of the room type booked.

Room Discounts
Points accumulated can be redeemed via partial or full discounts on your next stay.

Free Nights
Accumulate enough points to claim a complimentary night stay, most likely after 5 stays.

Room Upgrades
Points can afford you an upgrade from standard to deluxe or suite rooms.

Seasonal & Promotional Campaigns
Double your points if you book during low-demand periods (e.g., winter promotions).

Membership Eligibility
Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 years and older
Each person may hold only one account
Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member
Important Notes
Points are calculated on the net amount paid, excluding VAT, discounts, and additional charges
Points are credited after each qualifying booking
Points are not awarded on complimentary stays, group bookings, or third-party bookings unless otherwise specified
Points may be redeemed for room nights, upgrades, or selected accommodation specials
Redemption options are subject to availability
Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
